$350 REGISTRATION FEE PER STUDENT: The Registration Fee is due when the child is accepted as a student and is non-refundable unless a student is placed in the wait pool and the parent requests a refund before an opening in a class. The Registration Fee is due when the child is accepted to hold their place as an enrolled student.

TUITION ASSISTANCE: The RCA School Board seeks individual, business, and church donations for tuition assistance. The eligibility and decision process will be handled by an independent third-party resource.

$500 WITHDRAWAL FEE PER STUDENT: Students are considered enrolled for the entire school year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are established accordingly. Early withdrawal of a student creates an opening that RCA may not be able to fill with a feasible candidate. Students who withdraw anytime between July 1 and April 30 of the current school year will be assessed a $500 Withdrawal Fee per student. In addition, the full month’s tuition for any month in which the student(s) attend one school day will be due in full. All fees are fully charged and are non-refundable. Refunds are available for tuition only and will be issued to accounts that have been paid in full up to and through the current month. Official transcripts, report cards, and records cannot be released or sent to other schools if an outstanding balance remains at RCA.

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

All charter students of Rolla Christian Academy will receive a 10% tuition discount for the remaining continuous years of enrollment. The first year (2026-27) is NOT included in this discount.

NO BILLING STATEMENTS: RCA does not send statements or invoices for tuition and fees. Monthly tuition payments are due by the fifth day of the month. A late fee of $30 is charged for payments not received by the due date.
